Once you have a Customer entered, you'll be able to add a separate/different Contact if necessary, then the +Add Product button will light up. Please keep in mind that the Expiration Date is required, as this connects to Printavo's Due Date field.

Ways to Add a Product

You'll want to ensure that your Supplier for your custom Product is first entered under Suppliers on the left menu to make this process streamlined.

  1. Select the +Add Product button.
  2. New Custom Item - This allows you to create a Product from scratch. We recommend this for fully custom Products that cannot be sourced from a Supplier through option 4.
  3. Pull From Presentation - This allows you to pull a Product from a different Presentation into your new one.
  4. OneSource by OMG - This allows you to search the available listings from suppliers that provide Product data to the OneSource by OMG database. Please keep in mind that any options not available are due to supplier data not being present. Once you have several Products selected, you can select Review Selected Colors, then Add To Presentation.
