How to Integrate Presentations with Printavo

This tutorial will show you how to integrate Presentations with Printavo, which will allow you to create a Printavo Quote from a Presentation. Integrating an existing Printavo account via an API token with your Presentations account is a simple and straightforward process that allows you to connect your current e-commerce platform with new systems without complex manual transfers or custom programming.

Locating the Printavo API Token

Log in to your Printavo account at printavo.com.

1. Select the icon with your initial in the top right.
2. Select the My Account button.

Below the Personal Information section is the Shop Information section, which is where you will see API Token. If the field is empty, that means you haven't generated an API Token previously. You will need to generate a new token for setting this up freshly on Presentations, as well as any time the API Token is updated in the future.

Also note the Company Email, as this will be required when setting up the connection for the first time, and each time that the API Token is updated in the future.

Once you have your Presentation ready to send to Printavo, you'll edit the Presentation, then scroll to the bottom right to select Send To Printavo.

If your API Token has changed, or if this is your first time setting this up, you'll be prompted for the Company email and API Token referenced in the previous section. Once both fields are filled, the Verify & Save Credentials button will light up for you to select.

1. Select all Products you're wanting sent with the Printavo Quote.
2. Select Review Selected Items to proceed to confirming the Products and their details.

1. Colors - You can edit the Product Option Name for this line item.
2. Size - You can edit the Size Product Option for this line item.
3. Qty - You can edit the Quantity of this specific line item that will be in the quote.
4. Price - You can edit the price for this specific line item.
5. Add Duplicate - You can add an exact duplicate of this line item below in case a Color, Size, Quantity, or Price is different from the current line item.
6. Delete - You can delete this line item.
7. Add New Row - This adds a blank row for the Product that you can fill out the Color, Size, Quantity, and Price.
8. Convert To Printavo - Once all your changes are completed, you can select this to send the Presentation to Printavo as a Quote.

You should receive a message stating that the Presentation was successfully sent to Printavo, with the Quote ID included for quickly locating it in Printavo. If you Customer didn't previously exist in your Printavo environment, you'll see the Import Warnings. Presentations will use the information filled in the Customer tab to create the Customer in Printavo.
