EasyPost helps simplify your shipping workflow by allowing you to create shipping labels directly in Printavo using your carrier-specific rates. Once a label is created, tracking information is automatically added to the customer’s invoice so they can follow their shipment status from Pre-Transit to In Transit and Delivered without needing to contact your shop for updates.
Where to do this: Follow the directions under My Account > Shipping
Note: If you are having trouble finding the API key, that may be because your account was selected for fraud protection.
You will need to email EasyPost Support (support@easypost.com) with the following questions/answers so they can enable the API on your account. Here are those questions:
What city and zip code will you be mostly shipping from?
What kind of product are you generally shipping?
About how many packages per month do you intend to ship through EasyPost?
Can you provide us with the website and phone number for your business?
Note: When setting up your EasyPost to be used with Merch Stores and you're on the free wallet carrier plan, make sure that DHL and Canada Post are turned off in your EP as they will cause errors when generating the shipping labels for stores.
