- Head to My Account > and disconnect the old Quickbooks Online account from Printavo
- Email support@printavo.com to notify our Support Team you want to switch to a different Quickbooks Online account (please wait for confirmation from our team before continuing with this process).
- Once you have received confirmation to proceed from our support team, connect the new Quickbooks account to Printavo in My Account > Quickbooks Online Export
