In Printavo, Quotes represent potential revenue opportunities, while Invoices represent approved jobs that are expected to be paid. Jobs are automatically classified as Quotes or Invoices based on the status assigned to the job.
- Checked statuses are classified as Quotes.
- Unchecked statuses are classified as Invoices.
