How to change the invoice number

Invoice Number settings allow your shop to customize and manage invoice numbering inside Printavo for better accounting organization and workflow continuity. Here we'll show you how to update your invoice number sequence so your team can maintain consistent invoice tracking across customer orders, reporting, and accounting workflows.

To change the invoice number:

1. Go to My Account
2. Click on Invoice Information
3. Change the invoice number
