Automate various actions using the automation suite

The automation suite saves you time by allowing jobs to progress automatically based on employee or customer actions. Premium tier subscribers have access to all 7 automation options, whereas Standard and Starter subscribers have access to the first 2.

Where to do this: My Account > Automation

Note: The automations are based on “If/When, then…” statements. Here are those conditional statements reworded into their resulting actions:

1. Execute 1 Preset Task Group when a job enters a certain status. (All tiers)
2. Activate desired approval button upon entering a status - 1 of 2. (All tiers)
3. Activate desired approval button upon entering a status - 2 of 2. (Premium only)
4. Change status/progress job on customer’s approval - 1 of 2. (Premium only)
5. Change status/progress job on customer’s approval - 2 of 2. (Premium only)
6. Change status when a non-terms customer pays in full. (Premium only)
7. Request percentage of payment on customer’s approval. (Premium only)
