If you're receiving this error when exporting an invoice to QuickBooks Online, we can help you correct the issue.
This error will occur when a Printavo Category is created in QuickBooks Online as a Product/Service, then is manually changed to a Bundle in QuickBooks.
To correct this issue:
- Login to QuickBooks Online
- Locate the Products/Services page
- Change the Product in question from a Bundle to a Service. You may need to re-create it as a Service.
