How to handle customers who want to add/change items to their Printavo Merch order?

If a customer requests adding additional items to an already placed order, you have the following options:

Store is currently open

There are two options available:

  1. Place an additional order on the Merch store 
  2. Cancel the first order and have the customer place a new order

Store has been closed

There are two options available:

  • Temporarily turn the store live again, allow the customer to place their order and close the store
  • Create a brand new Printavo invoice, request payment and proceed with production
