Export: Total Invoice Amount Outstanding

If you are looking to find out your invoice totals (paid, due now, and outstanding), head over to My Account scroll down to the Import/Export Data section. Locate 'Invoices' and click Export.

An excel spreadsheet will download. Open it up and look for the 'Outstanding Invoices' section.

Exported (CSV) data opens as a webpage instead of a file

When using certain browsers, you can open a CSV data file and it will open as a website instead of a file. To correct this, please do the following:

Apple Safari

  1. In Safari, with the CSV file opened, click File > Save As
  2. At the bottom of the pop-up, click "Format:" and change this to "Page Source"
  3. Click Save

Google Chrome

  1. View the file contents in Google Chrome
  2. Click File > Save As, select CSV file

Now you can open this file in Excel to explore your data. 

Export an Invoice/Quote:

You may export an Invoice/Quote from Printavo. The CSV file for download will be emailed directly to you. 

To do this:

    1. Click on My Account
    2. Click on Import/Export Data
    3. Click Download

When I export data, where does it go?

You can export all of your account data for further analysis in My Account > Import/Export Data

Once you select the parameters and click Export, a link to your data will be emailed to your email address. 

How can I export and download my customer list?

You can always export all of your data.  Head to My Account > Import/Export Data and export your customer information.

How can I download and export invoices from Printavo?

You can export invoices, customers, and payments from Printavo to a CSV file. This file can be added My Account > Import/Export Data

You will be able to download your invoices from a specific date range. Once you have selected your date range, click Download and an email will be sent to you with the exported file to download. 

Also, you or a customer can always download an invoice as a PDF. Within the invoice head to More Actions > Public Invoice View, and from there you will see a "Download PDF" button.

How do I download all of my customer's data?

You can always export all of your data.  Head to My Account > Import/Export Data and export your customer information.
