May I have multiple users with one email address?
We only allow one email per user but one way some shops will get around is it with "+" signs in the email address. Example: info+tim@shop.com OR info+john@shop.com
When an email is sent to either email address, it will still go to info@shop.com
An email address for a user is taken by another account
When an email address for a user is taken by another account, you may email support@printavo.com to free the email for use.
How do I create/delete users?
To add a user follow these steps:
- Head to My Account > Users
- Click on Add User
- Fill out the user's information and click on 'Create User'
To delete a user follow these steps:
- Head to My Account > Users
- Click on the name of the user you would like to delete
- At the very bottom, click 'Delete User'
How do I manage user permissions?
To manage user permissions:
- Head to My Account > Users
- Click which permissions checkboxes you'd like to limit. Note: if you want the user to be able to do everything, just check the Super Admin box
