Printavo Certification - New Employee Training

Overview

We commonly are asked about training new and veteran employees in Printavo and created a course to help new hires understand how an order travels through Printavo, from start to finish. We offer two plans to help you get going.

Basic Certification

This certification will help train you and/or your employees on:

  • Best practices using Printavo around automation, tracking order statuses, and scheduling
  • Intaking orders, quoting, and managing artwork
  • Handling production and fulfillment management
  • Creating e-commerce stores


Advanced Certification

Our Advanced Printavo Certification will help train you and/or your employees on everything from the Basic but also including:

  • Using quote pipelines and customer success to grow sales
  • Optimizing workflow and shop management with Printavo
  • Deep understanding of Printavo Automation, Zapier basics, and customer communication
  • Ability to begin to teach other staff on Printavo
