3. Invoice Information

  • Set sales tax
  • Currency
  • Invoice seed
  • Terms & Conditions
  • Select information you want visible on invoices
  • Invoice printout: Portrait/Landscape

4. Purchase Orders

  • Enter email addresses you would like to notify when goods have arrived
  • Separate emails with a comma (,)

5. Printing Shipping Labels

  • Create an Account with EasyPost
  • Follow directions listed in My Account, under Print Shipping Labels

6. Product Catalogs

  • AlphaBroder, SanMar, TSC Apparel and S&S Activewear products are available to use to autofill your line items. Read about how to use these catalogs in your line items here.

7. QuickBooks Sync

  • Your Printavo customers, invoices and payments data will be automatically updated every hour to your QuickBooks Online account.
  • Quotes are not synced with QuickBooks Online account
  • You can select the statuses you wish to sync to your QuickBooks Online account

8. Save & Update
