Can I sync to a different QuickBooks account if I already have one in use?

  1. Head to My Account > Quickbooks Sync and Disconnect the old Quickbooks account from Printavo
  2. Email:  support@printavo.com to notify our support team you want to switch to a different Quickbooks Online account (please wait for correspondence before continuing with this process).
  3. Once you have confirmation to proceed from our support team, connect the new Quickbooks account to Printavo in My Account > Quickbooks Sync
