How do I remove the PayPal option from my invoices?

To remove PayPal from your invoices, go to, 'My Account' > 'Accept Payments' > Scroll down to your PayPal credentials and click 'Clear Credentials'.

How do I get my PayPal API credentials?

  1. Log in to your PayPal account.
  2. Under Profile, select Profile and settings.

  3. Click My selling tools.

  4. In the API access section, click Update.

  5. Under NVP/SOAP API integration, click Request API credentials.

  • View API Signature appears if you have already generated an API Signature. Click that option to view it.
  • View API Certificate appears if you have already generated an API Certificate. Click that option to view it.
Note: If you are prompted to verify your PayPal account, follow the on-screen instructions.
  1. Select one of the following options, then click Agree and Submit.
  • Request API Signature – Select for API Signature authentication.

  1. PayPal generates your API credentials as follows:
  • API Signature credentials include an API Username, API Password, and Signature, which does not expire. These values are hidden by default for added security. Click Show/Hide to toggle them on and off. When finished, click Done.
  • API Certificate credentials include an API Username, API Password, and Certificate, which expires automatically after three years. 

I can't see my PayPal API Signature

If you can't see your PayPal API Signature, these are the steps you'll perform to be able to see it again. 

  1. Log in to your PayPal
  2. Select Profile > Profile and settings.
  3. Click My selling tools.
  4. Click Update next to API access.
  5. Select View API Signature or View API Certificate.
  6. Select the appropriate Remove option.
  7. Click Remove Certificate.
  8. Confirm that you wish to remove the existing API credentials.

Keep in mind if you have used the API certificate with an existing e-commerce store, you will need to regenerate the API certificate after providing us with the API signature again.
