You can message your customers right from Printavo!
- Every message you send will go directly to the customer's provided email address and will have a corresponding quote/invoice so the customer is always up-to-date if any changes are made to their order.
- You will receive notifications to your regular email (Google, Outlook, etc). You can respond from your regular email inbox or you can respond in Printavo.
- Attachments can be added as well.
Are your customer's not getting messages?
If so, have them look in their spam folder, if the messages from firstname.lastname@example.org are going to spam or junk, your customer will need to just mark that email as a contact or not spam and the issue should be fixed!
